Response times depend on your plan. AMC clients get responses within 1–4 hours for critical issues. Non-AMC customers get a response within 8 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat 9am–8pm).

Is CCTV site visit booking really free?

Yes — new installation site surveys are completely free with no obligation. For repair visits, there is a ₹299 inspection fee which is fully adjusted against the cost of any repair work done.

What areas do you cover for CCTV technician visits?

We currently cover Chennai and surrounding districts, Coimbatore, and Madurai. We're expanding to more Tamil Nadu locations — use the pincode checker to verify your area.

Can I get emergency support outside business hours?

Yes — AMC Professional and Enterprise clients get 24/7 support. If you're not on an AMC plan, you can reach us at our emergency line for critical issues (charges may apply).

What should I include in my support ticket for faster resolution?

Include a clear description of the problem, when it started, any error messages you're seeing, and steps you've already tried. For CCTV issues, let us know the camera model and DVR type if you have it.

How do I become an AMC client for priority support?
