Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your AMC plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal date. We'll never lock you into something that doesn't fit.
No — AMC plans cover ongoing IT maintenance and support. One-off projects (websites, apps, CCTV installations) are quoted separately as fixed-price engagements. However, AMC clients receive priority scheduling and a 10% discount on all project work.
Our standard AMC is a 12-month contract, paid monthly or annually. Annual payment gives you a 20% saving. For enterprise clients, custom terms are available. Monthly-only rolling contracts are available at a slightly higher rate — ask us.
Yes — our remote helpdesk and monitoring services are available across India. For on-site services, we currently cover Chennai and surrounding areas within Tamil Nadu. Enterprise clients in other cities can discuss dedicated on-site arrangements.
After signing, our team conducts an onboarding audit of your infrastructure. Remote coverage typically begins within 48 hours. On-site onboarding is scheduled within the first 5 working days.
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST (18%) will be added to your invoice. We provide full GST-compliant invoices for all services.
